Overview
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Radically Inclusive Parenting Project (RIPP) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity enrolling as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).
By signing up for the RIPP Virtual Summit Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Participation
The Affiliate agrees to promote the RIPP Virtual Summit using the unique affiliate link and approved promotional materials provided by RIPP.
Participation in the program is non-exclusive and does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
- Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn 35% commission on qualifying sales of the Summit All-Access Pass generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions apply only to completed, paid transactions (no refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent purchases).
- Tracking & Attribution
- Affiliate tracking is managed via a 30-day cookie window.
- If a customer clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within 30 days, the sale will be credited to you.
- RIPP is not responsible for tracking issues caused by browser restrictions, ad blockers, or user actions outside our control.
4. Payment Terms
- Affiliate payments will be issued at the end of the summit campaign.
- Payments will be made via PayPal using the email address provided by the Affiliate.
- It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure accurate PayPal details are on file.
- RIPP is not responsible for delays due to incorrect payment information.
5. Approved Promotional Practices
Affiliates may promote the summit through:
- Email marketing to their own opt-in lists
- Social media posts and stories
- Personal websites, blogs, and communities they own or manage
- Direct, permission-based messages
Affiliates must represent the summit truthfully and in alignment with RIPP’s values of inclusion, integrity, and care.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Run paid ads using “Radically Inclusive Parenting Project,” “RIPP,” or the summit name without written permission
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about summit outcomes
- Use purchased, scraped, or cold email lists
- Spam groups or communities they do not own or manage
- Alter summit branding, logos, or graphics
- Imply endorsement, certification, or guaranteed results
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the program.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may not share internal documents, speaker details, strategy materials, or private communications outside approved promotional use.
- Summit content, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of RIPP and its speakers.
- Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
8. Brand Integrity
Affiliates agree to promote the summit in ways that align with RIPP’s mission and values. Content or conduct that is discriminatory, harmful, or inconsistent with radical inclusion may result in termination.
9. Termination
RIPP reserves the right to revoke affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding commissions on valid, completed sales will be paid per normal payment terms.
- Affiliates must immediately discontinue promotion and use of RIPP materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
RIPP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to affiliate participation, including tracking errors or technical disruptions
